Registered and Paid Passes to HybridCloudCon 2020 are non-refundable or exchangeable regardless of weather conditions, session availability, or any other circumstance.
Passes include one day of conference sessions, product demos, admission to the evening reception, panel discussions, and access to the keynotes, as well as complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Passes do not include flights, hotels, or transportation.
The following payment methods will be available: debit card and credit card (Amex, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa).
Each individual may purchase one passes only.
Passes must be used by the original registrant and are non-transferable.
Passes may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred in any way, and doing so may result in HybridCloudCon rendering the passes null and void without any responsibility to HybridCloudCon.
General Registration Terms
All the information entered into the registration form must be valid and accurate to the best of your knowledge. All information must be registered in English. Some of the data entered (such as name, company, and the photo-id you upload), can be displayed on your attendee badge.
Once registered, you will not be able to change the name on your registration profile. Please make sure to register using the name that matches the government-issued photo ID you will be presenting when you check into the conference.
You agree to be solely responsible for your safety, belongings, and well-being while participating in HybridCloudCon, including off-site events. HybridCloudCon and its affiliates won’t be liable for your participation in HybridCloudCon, or injury or damage of any kind resulting from or related to your involvement in HybridCloudCon.
No solicitation or selling of items or services is allowed at HybridCloudCon unless authorized explicitly by HybridCloudCon in advance. Any attendee conducting these activities may be removed from the conference.
Attendees can request the deletion of their registration profile from HybridCloudCon’s event database after the event ends by emailing to info@HybridCloudConference.com.
Check-in
At check-in, we will check your photo ID before distributing your HybridCloudCon badge. We will accept driver’s licenses, passports, and other forms of government-issued identification. If you do not have proper identification, you won’t be able to receive your badge and not be admitted to the conference.
If you purchase an academic Passes (if offered), you will need to show a valid Student ID (or equivalent academic documentation) and your government-issued ID at check-in.
Your Attendee Badge
Attendee badges may contain NFC, BLE, or other RFID technologies to help us serve attendees, facilitate the event, and determine participation in various sessions. By registering for HybridCloudCon, you consent to your information for these purposes and acknowledge that your information will be used per HybridCloudCon privacy policy.
By swiping your badge at showcases, booths, or sessions, your contact information may be shared with the company presenting that showcase, booth, or session for marketing purposes. By swiping your badge at these stations, you consent to share your information with them.
Attendee Requirements
General attendance at HybridCloudCon is for people 18 and older, but their presence would require a valid pass, valid student ID (if applicable), and additional requirements. Please contact info@HybridCloudConference.com for more information.
Attendees are not permitted to bring guests to HybridCloudCon or any related HybridCloudCon events or offsite without registered Passes. If you have others traveling with you, they will need to register to attend or participate in any of HybridCloudCon.

Attendance at HybridCloudCon not allowed by the following:
residents of embargoed countries,
individuals ordinarily resident in embargoed countries, or
individuals otherwise prohibited by applicable export controls and sanctions programs.
Giveaways
Attendees will receive an attendee badge and may be offered additional business courtesies. By registering and accepting any discounts, giveaways, or items of the value related to HybridCloudCon, you acknowledge that you are doing so in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s code of conduct.
If you aren’t sure whether the professional guidelines for your school, university, organization, or agency would allow you to accept these items, please check with your local ethics officer in advance. The food and gifts available at HybridCloudCon are optional, so it may be possible to attend the event even if you cannot accept any giveaways.
Event Photography & Marketing Release
You’re welcome to take personal photos of your HybridCloudCon experience to share with your friends, colleagues, or on social media. However, if you’re negatively impacting the experience of other attendees by taking pictures or videos, you may be asked to stop or leave. Excessive photography/video, including unauthorized event broadcasts and press/media coverage, is prohibited and is grounds for your removal from the event.
HybridCloudCon will be documenting all the photographs, audio, and video recorded by UnitedLayer LLC, or others on behalf of UnitedLayer LLC. By registering to attend HybridCloudCon, you agree that HybridCloudCon may use such recorded content without compensation.
Communications
All registered attendees agree to allow HybridCloudCon and those working on its behalf to facilitate HybridCloudCon to contact them regarding their registration and attendance and to provide information about the event. By purchasing a pass, you agree to allow HybridCloudCon to communicate with you via email and phone with information regarding the incident.
Q&A sessions will occur at HybridCloudCon. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any questions you submit to the Q&A platform will be moderated by HybridCloudCon and edited or removed at HybridCloudCon sole discretion. HybridCloudCon reserves its right to prohibit inappropriate, profane, hateful, or harassing content during its Q&A sessions.
